Rodmere Street, London, SE10
This neo-traditional 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is a short walk from Greenwich Park & was built in 2002. The home offers a gross internal area of approx 1,115sqft & was designed in a style inspired by the neighbouring Victorian homes & it offers a great blend of modern comforts combined with the character of a past era. Aside from the park it is also only a short walk from Maze Hill Station & Cutty Sark DLR & for foodie's - Greenwich Market.
Offered in excellent condition it features a recently fitted kitchen & flooring, gas central heating, double glazing, a conservatory & a large integrated garage which, subject to obtaining the relevant consents, could potentially be repurposed into living space.
We asked the seller what made him buy this home and here's what he told us:
I was immediately drawn to the practicality of the house. Having off-street parking made a huge difference day-to-day, and the low-maintenance garden, combined with the rear dining room extension, created a really enjoyable space to relax or entertain without the upkeep of a larger garden.
Location was another big factor. Being so close to Greenwich Park has been fantastic—whether it’s going for a run or just walking the dog, it’s a real luxury to have that on the doorstep. The transport links are also excellent, with easy access into the City, Canary Wharf & the West End via overground, tube, DLR or even the river. On top of that, there are some brilliant local restaurants nearby, and having concerts and events at The O2 just a short distance away has been a real bonus.
